Brand Awareness
Both the sales and rental departments work together to help match the right buyer or tenant to the right property using the latest in technology whilst retaining that personal touch which is so often lost in today's world. We often love to get involved in local community events, whether it is being Cooks at the local school BBQ or help handing out public information or political leaflets, remember we are part of the community too as we live here also. You will often see us around whether it is taking the kids to school or doing the shopping in local stores, we are very approachable, so please say hello. We also provide Athletic and Football Kits to the local Whitchurch Primary Schools.

Our brand is very strong in our market but unfortunately we are often imitated, even our logo, colours, likeness, text, ideas, marketing etc is quite frequently used by other agents against our wishes. Marketing
All property details are available by e-brochure, sent by email and all appointments are confirmed by email and/or sms text message. All viewings are carried out by a member of our team, every time. We believe in being environmentally friendly and have committed to reducing our paper and ink consumption by operating a print on demand system in our broker office. 80% approximately of all our details and correspondence is now sent electronically ensuring a quick, efficient and environmentally friendly service.

We have many years experience in all aspects of property to ensure we offer our clients the service that they demand and deserve. We provide all additional services for buyers and sellers including conveyancing, energy performance certificates, mortgage and financial advice.

Online Marketing
We advertise and showcase our properties on Property Live, Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, Find a Property, Globix and many other property portals as well as our own website.  This gives us international and national exposure and also features on search engines such as Google and Yahoo.

We feature on an international MLS as well as a number of spot on the US version of the Wall Street Journal website.

We have a suite of Apps available which include iPhone, iPAD and Android systems.

Advertising
We vary our advertising in order to reach different target markets, this can vary from The Property Mail Magazine to the Western Mail newspaper.  We also have our own magazine as well.  We produce a monthly leaflet entitles Property Update which is distributed widely in Cardiff.

Our Thomas & Rose Showroom & Offices
We have recently completed renovation of our larger premises in Whitchurch, Cardiff in order to increase space for back office functions and private client meeting rooms which are located on the first floor to compliment our ground floor shop premises. We also have an in-house legal team, architect, training room and mortgage advice office.

Friday & Saturday 09:15 to 16:00

Our estate agency and letting agency work majority of the time in the capital, Cardiff and are the strongest in the CF14 and CF10 regions. Areas that we live and work in so we feel we know the best. Some clients want older homes, with great character for a value price. Other buyers want the newest, cutting-edge style apartment that is just coming out the ground, and needs no renovation. Some have furniture, pets or particular partners that they love, and need to pick a home based on those needs. Some of our clients are first-time buyers, landlords, sellers or renters. We offer the flexible, one to one special support every client needs. Although we are the strongest in Cardiff, we also list properties in Bristol, Vale of Glamorgan and Caerphilly. For outside of these areas we offer our Acquisitions Dept and our Worldwide Relocation and Buyers Representation Service.
